PostAi is a hyperlocal economy platform. We help scouts, homeowners and renters, contractors, and skilled workers find and create real opportunity in their own neighborhood — from an instant AI-generated property quote and mailed flyer, to a neighborhood marketplace and micro-jobs board, with community events (coming soon) that bring neighbors together and reward the people who organize them. Property quotes and flyers are one part of what PostAi does, not the whole story.

Instant in-cab quoting
Scouts photograph a property from the street. PostAi resolves the address, pulls parcel data (owner name, sq ft, lot size), and generates a service quote in about 30 seconds.
Physical USPS flyers
With one tap, a personalized letter goes to the property owner — no stamps, no labels. The letter includes a transparent price breakdown and a QR code to the homeowner's landing page.
Resident reverse-pitch
Residents can also start the flow: photograph their property, pick services, describe the job, and submit a bid request. Pros see it and respond — no phone tag.
Sell flow + neighborhood jobs
Residents list unused items for sale (AI-enhanced photos, generated copy, shareable listing page). Scouts and neighbors browse and claim micro-jobs on the community board.
Planned payment splits
When payments launch, the planned split is a 10% platform fee (pro keeps the rest); the scout who sourced the lead earns a referral credit equal to 5% of that fee — handled through a secure payments processor.
Referral & viral growth
Every user gets a personalized invite link. Referrals earn credits for residents, lead pins for scouts, and fee waivers for pros — you'll be first in line for these rewards as they roll out.
