Do I need to know anything about home services?
No expertise needed. The app generates the quote automatically using the property dimensions and local contractor rates. Your job is to find the properties and hit send.
What if no contractors are in my area?
You can generate flyers right away, and homeowners can still confirm their details. Actual bookings depend on contractors being live in your area — early captures are how a new ZIP gets seeded, but they aren't a guarantee of booking activity.
Am I an employee?
