SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern the text-message programs offered by PostAi ("we", "us", or "our"). By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.

1. Programs and Message Types

• Transactional messages: quote summaries, booking confirmations and reminders, and job alerts tied to your activity on the Service.
• Informational and marketing messages: offers, promotions, and updates, sent only if you separately opt in with express written consent.

2. Consent

When you check the consent box and submit a request, you agree to receive informational and marketing calls and text messages from PostAi at the phone number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service. We retain a record of your opt-in, including the date, the disclosure shown, and the phone number provided.

3. Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. PostAi does not charge for the messages themselves.

4. Opt-Out and Help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation and then stop sending marketing messages to that number. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@postai.llc. You may also revoke consent by any reasonable means, and we honor revocation promptly and maintain an internal do-not-contact suppression list.

5. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

6. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
