Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your PostAi account and the data associated with it, what we remove, and what we are legally required to keep. It applies to the PostAi mobile and web app operated by PostAi LLC.

How to delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Sign in to PostAi.
Open Account (tap your profile), then scroll to Delete account — or go directly to postai.llc/account/delete.
Review what will be deleted, check the acknowledgement, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Permanently delete my account.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. You'll be signed out and will no longer be able to log in.

By email

If you can't access the app, email hello@postai.llc from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your profile and personal details — name, phone number, email, home address, date of birth, and gender.
Your flyers, micro-job posts, sell-flow listings, and saved map locations.
Reviews you wrote or received, your reputation record, referral links, and in-app notifications.
Photos and voice notes you uploaded.
Your ability to sign in — the account is closed and login is disabled.

What we keep — and why

A small amount of data is retained because the law requires it. In every case it is de-linked from your identity — your name, contact details, and other identifiers are removed so the remaining record can't be traced back to you:

Payment and payout records (transaction amounts, dates, processor references) — retained for tax, accounting, and payment-network (PCI) requirements. We anonymize the buyer/seller link.
Marketing-consent records — if you ever opted in to text messages, we keep a record that consent existed (as evidence under telemarketing law), with your phone number and name removed.
An anonymized deletion audit entry — a record that a deletion occurred and when, containing no personal information, so we can demonstrate the request was honored.

Anonymized records are retained only for as long as the relevant legal obligation requires, then deleted.

Property-owner data

If you are a property owner (not a registered user) and want your public-record property information suppressed from PostAi mailers and listings, email hello@postai.llc and we will blacklist the address within 10 business days. See the Privacy Policy for more.
