The flow

1. Post — A homeowner describes the job (haul-away, yard cleanup, gutter clear,

furniture move), drops a location, picks a category, and names a price.

1. Browse by radius — Scouts and helpers see open jobs sorted by distance from

where they are. No combing through tasks three towns over.

1. Claim — One tap claims the job and locks it to that helper, so two people

don't show up for the same task.

1. Do it & close — The helper completes the work; the job is marked done.

How jobs are surfaced

The board filters on two things at once: location (a radius around the viewer) and category (hauling, lawn, cleanup, repair, and so on).
